Chande Bakers is an established business and a Bakery food processing unit based in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra.
The brand had good outreach and sales in local stores, but Its family owners wanted to gear up for new-age retail in grocery malls.
Expanding across other larger cities in Maharashtra was also a target.
Not enough effort had been put into branding and identity, and the perception of the brand was small-town, even though their processes and products were at par with known brands.
